Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items that are returned after 14 days, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@meekah.in with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and include your RAN and proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to check the availability of the desired item. Once your original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Please note that the exchange process may take additional time depending on product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
Damaged or Defective Items
